Position: Remote Production Coordinator )
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR  Reporting to the Production Manager and Producer, the Production Coordinator acts as the “life support” for their respective department and artists on the front lines, while working closely with the creative Directors and Supervisors. They are primarily responsible for asset & shot tracking to the production schedule, and front-facing client communication related to their department.
As it relates to the Production, the ____ Coordinator will oversee the ____, ____, and ____ teams. They will also aid the Production Manager as needed in setting up Shotgrid and facilitating handoffs between departments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO   Pro-actively retrieve all production assets to prepare the breakdown for their department and determine the output needed for each episode
Enter required info into Shotgrid and work with department Supervisors to assign workloads and determine priorities
Track artist output per the scheduled time allotment, providing weekly updates to the Production Manager and Producer while remaining in constant communication with artists on their progress
Immediately flag and report any foreseen schedule issues to the Production Manager and Producer
Take notes in departmental sessions and reviews and ensure all artists are present and accounted for
Liaise with tech support to support artists and the tracking systems they rely on to deliver their work
Be responsible for asset deliveries to/from the client on all episodes, and for tracking these shipments to the satisfaction of the client. With the assistance of the Studio Technologist, troubleshoot any tech issues impeding or hindering the smooth delivery of assets
Be an active and present member of the leadership team, promoting team spirit and open communication while keeping the team engaged in the production
Create and maintain reference documentation for artists and leadership
Other administrative or production-related duties as assigned by the Production Manager and Producer
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR   Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Meet, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Experience in the animation industry with a baseline understanding of Harmony and/or Adobe Photoshop
Proactive thinking - you think ahead and can identify roadblocks before they occur
Extremely organized and constantly looking for ways to improve workflow efficiencies
A master of multi-tasking with an aptitude for prioritizing to ensure goals and deadlines are met
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - you are open and honest about your teams’ progress and proactively flag any issues
Ability to problem solve both independently and collaboratively
Genuine enthusiasm for what you do - passion fuels the creation of exceptional art!
