- Design and deploy the group's internal communication plan.
- Relay strategic, organizational, HR, and operational information to employees.
- Write and distribute internal communications: newsletters, internal notes, intranet updates, articles, interviews, management messages, manager support materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility of the messages.
- Highlight internal projects, collective successes, professions, sites, and employees.
- Participate in the animation of internal channels: intranet, digital screens, emails, displays, collaborative platforms.
- Participate in defining the group's social media editorial strategy.
- Develop and maintain the editorial calendar for publications.
- Create, write, plan, and publish content tailored to various social media platforms:
Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, or other relevant platforms, highlighting the group's activities. - Ensure adherence to the editorial line, graphic charter, and brand tone.
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitor practices, and opportunities for speaking up.
- Design, organize, and coordinate group internal events: seminars, conventions, manager meetings, integration days, employee events, HR highlights, team-building activities.
- Manage event logistics: venues, invitations, registrations, materials, vendors, signage, equipment, catering, activities.
- Design associated communication materials: invitations, programs, presentations, posters, participant kits, post-event content.
- Evaluate participant satisfaction and propose improvement ideas.
- Write content tailored to different internal and external audiences.
- Produce or coordinate the production of print and digital materials: internal journal, posters, flyers, presentations, banners, social media visuals, communication kits, short videos.
- Manage relationships with creative vendors, printers, or agencies as needed.
- Track performance indicators of communication activities.
- Conduct regular assessments: newsletter open rates, social media engagement, event participation, employee satisfaction.
- Analyze results and formulate recommendations.
- Stay updated on best practices in internal communication, employer branding, social media, and event management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication tools, formats, and messages.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in internal communication tools: intranet, newsletters, emails, collaborative platforms.
- Knowledge of professional and public social media networks.
- Ability to create or coordinate photo and video content.
- Understanding of basic event planning: scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics.
- Ability to track and analyze communication KPIs.
- Ability to simplify and structure information.
- Storytelling and project valorization skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and message according to audiences.
- Capacity to gather information from field teams, HR, managers, and directors.
- Ability to work across departments in a group environment.
