Videographer​/Photographer; REMOTE

What you’ll do here:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography content for brand, marketing, and internal communications.
• Edit video footage, including sequencing, color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Capture and edit professional photography for digital, social media, web, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end production, including pre‑production planning, on‑site shooting, and post‑production editing.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper file management and accessibility.
• Adapt and deliver assets in multiple formats, sizes, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production and photography.
• Support live or recorded event coverage as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and/or photography.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera equipment, and post‑production techniques.
• Demonstrated portfolio of video and photography work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

The full base pay range for this position is $58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD.
