Video​/Motion Designer; REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications.
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital, social, web, presentations, and internal channels.
• Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable fast, consistent reuse across teams.
• Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Maintain well‑organized files and adhere to established workflows and processes.
• Stay current on motion design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
