Creative Production Designer; AI & Creative Systems

This role collaborates with the Senior Art Director & Senior Graphic Designer to bring creative vision to life through a blend of hands‑on asset creation, AI‑assisted workflows, and scalable creative systems. This role is responsible for generating original AI‑driven visual assets, extending and adapting Senior Art Director to create imagery, and building repeatable processes that enable high-quality creative output  is a collaborative and execution‑oriented role that sits at the intersection of creative craft, technology, and production efficiency.

• Extend, adapt, and refine imagery created by the Sr Art Director across formats, channels, and use cases
• Support the Art Director in executing concepts by translating direction into production ready assets
• Maintain a high bar for visual quality, consistency, and cleanliness across all outputs.
• Develop and maintain AI assisted creative workflows, including prompt systems, templates, and variation strategies
• Establish human‑in‑the‑loop processes to ensure AI outputs meet creative and brand standards
• Execute a repeatable, scalable systems for creative production without sacrificing craft
• Optimize asset pipelines to efficiently produce variations, adaptations, and iterations
• Create lightweight documentation to support reuse and consistency across creative work
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams as needed to deliver assets
• Communicate clearly about technical constraints, opportunities, and creative trade‑offs

• Strong experience generating and manipulating visual assets using modern creative tools
• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation and augmentation tools
• Comfort working from creative direction and feedback, especially from an Art Director
• Strong eye for design, composition, and visual consistency
• Ability to balance creativity with technical and production constraints
• Experience building or maintaining repeatable creative workflows or systems

• Experience with creative coding, scripting, or automation
• Familiarity with versioning, asset management, or production pipelines
• Interest in emerging creative technologies (generative AI, procedural systems, new visual tools)
• Prior experience in a studio, agency, or product led creative environment

• Competitive base salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 CAD, commensurate with experience
