As an FX Artist at Company 3's Powerhouse VFX unit, you will be tasked with the creation of realistic simulations and effects using Houdini. You should possess a strong foundation in lighting, shading, and handling client-specific requirements while delivering high-quality work. This role demands effective collaboration and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create realistic fire, smoke, and particle effects
• Attend daily reviews and provide input
• Adjust simulations based on team feedback
• Render and prepare slapcomps for clients
• Maintain open lines of communication with team
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Houdini, Maya, and Nuke
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Maya API)
• Comfortable working under deadline pressure
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Experience in team-oriented projects
