- Lead the post‑production team by example, spending 50% of your time improving team workflows and creativity, and 50% executing top‑tier video edits.
- Work with Product and Development teams to research, create, and implement responsible and creative use of agentic editing and prompt‑based AI video/motion‑graphic tools.
- Foster collaboration and aggressively mentor editors to perfect multi‑platform content.
- Develop, optimize, and document AI‑driven workflows for editing, finishing, and upscaling without compromising our creative soul.
- Train and support the team in prompt‑based editing and image generation, ensuring AI is used to enhance, not replace, human creativity.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and key stakeholders to translate raw creative vision into flawless final deliverables.
- Maintain rigorous quality control across all formats and platforms.
- At least 3 years of professional video post‑production experience, with strong leadership and innovation instincts.
- Deep proficiency in industry‑standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve) and extensive familiarity with cutting‑edge prompt‑based video and image generation tools (e.g., Figma Weave, Higgsfield, ComfyUI, Remotion).
- Practical experience and a forward‑thinking approach to agentic editing and AI motion graphic workflows.
- Outstanding storytelling, editing, and color grading instincts.
- Sharp, native understanding of the social media content landscape, analyzing why Tik Toks and Reels work and how to engineer that success.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills to guide the team through continuous learning.
- Degree in Film/Video Production, Media Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent real‑world experience pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
$4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month.
