Position: Remote UX Designer with Security Clearance
Become a pivotal part of our design team as a Remote UX Designer with an active security clearance. This 5.5-month contract focuses on transforming user needs into impactful designs.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user goals and constraints. Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes while iterating based on feedback and data. Your expertise in Figma and research skills will be crucial in enhancing existing experiences and bringing innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and goals

• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data

• Work with developers to refine final products

• Identify improvement opportunities in existing user experiences

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a UX Designer

• Experience in digital product design (web or apps)

• Proficient in Figma and Miro

• Strong research and communication skills

• Active security clearance required
