Multimedia Content Producer / Creator (60-80%), Zurich

We are an independent full-service online agency based in Zurich. With our interdisciplinary team of around 30 people, we realise sustainable projects along the entire value chain – from consulting, through creation to implementation with subsequent operation. We are specialists in social media marketing, online marketing and websites & apps. For more than 15 years, we have been successfully working for clients such as Bio Suisse, Glatz AG, Hyundai, Zurich Cantonal Police, Media Markt, Schwyzer Kantonalbank, Stadler Form, Allianz, ZVV – and many others.

• You have an eye for high-quality content
• You bring experience in content production for social media and other interactive channels
• You have training in multimedia, social media, video, marketing, communications, or similar
• You master the common tools, editing and processing programmes, etc. flawlessly (Adobe Creative Cloud, Davinci)
• You have experience with AI tools for content production (e.g. Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly or Midjourney) and use them sensibly in everyday work
• You develop ideas that are creative and also contribute to the communication goals of the clients
• You know what makes a strong hook and understand how storytelling and platform mechanics work on social media
• You know the agency industry – previous agency experience is a big plus!

• Creation and production of photo and video content for social media (especially Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook, but also for Linked In, Pinterest, You Tube – you name it)
• Conceptualisation and development of content in close collaboration with our project managers
• Organisation and execution of photo and video shoots (including coordination of all involved, post-production and approval)
• Creation of social media ads
