About Cloudwick + Amorphic
Cloudwick is a practitioner-led data, AI, and automation company building governed data foundations for public sector agencies. Our platform, Amorphic, deploys into the agency’s own AWS account and powers applications, analytics, and AI across public health, safety, HHS, and city/county missions.
The Role
Own the day-to-day motion and graphic output for Cloudwick and Amorphic — video assets, social creatives, You Tube thumbnails, template-based collateral. Step in with the Marketing Design Lead on new templates and rush work. Video runs with an agency editor; copy from the team; sign-off from the Design Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Video assets: core video idea, references, storyboards, animations, transitions. Agency editor handles the overall edit; you produce animation clips using AI.
Social & You Tube: social creatives, thumbnails, campaign visuals.
Template work: ship on-brand creatives from existing templates. Fast, clean, on time.
Rush & new templates: step in with the Design Lead when the queue tightens or new templates are being built.
Coordination: agency editor for video, team for copy, Design Lead for sign-off.
AI as core practice: push AI to carry the workload. Explore new tools daily so design and video get faster and easier — Claude, Remotion, Freepik, Hyperframes and whatever lands next.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years in motion and graphic design.
Portfolio of shipped video, motion, and graphic work. No mood boards.
Motion craft: storyboarding, animation, transitions, timing.
Strong design fundamentals — colour, spacing, hierarchy, type, detail.
Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
Uses AI daily and picks up new tools fast.
Ownership. Runs projects to be done, catches own errors, flags blockers.
Clear communication across editor, copy, and design.
B2B / SaaS or enterprise-tech experience preferred.
What We’ll Look At
Portfolio: video and motion work you actually shipped.
Craft: pacing, transitions, timing, colour, spacing, and the small stuff.
AI in practice: how you use it day-to-day — not just tools on a resume.
Ownership: how you run projects from brief to shipped.
Short assignment: shortlisted candidates will get a small brief. Details on shortlist.
