Reporting to the Canada Proposal Manager, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to produce accurate and strategically positioned proposals. Your expertise in technical writing will help craft narratives that validate Onterris’ commitment to sustainability. The role includes a competitive salary with flexibility in work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage proposal submission timelines and milestones
• Collaborate on proposal narratives using expert insights
• Write, edit, and tailor proposal content for clarity
• Conduct proposal kickoff and review meetings
• Maintain a repository of standard responses for proposals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5-10+ years experience in proposal coordination
• Advanced writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal tools
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
