Deux Vingt is a creative production agency working at the convergence of design, content, and strategy. We collaborate with brands to develop impactful creative across digital campaigns, branding, content, and experiential projects. We’re seeking a Digital Production Designer who thrives in the details—transforming creative concepts into polished, technically accurate deliverables across digital platforms.
Role OverviewAs a Digital Production Designer, you will support digital campaign execution by producing and adapting assets across a range of deliverables. This includes producing promo and banner ads assets, resizing into multiple formats, preparing files for production handoff, and ensuring quality and consistency across campaign assets. This role requires precision, technical skill, and the ability to translate established design direction into clean, scalable production files.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and adapt campaign assets, with a primary focus on digital banners and promo materials.
- Scale creative across multiple sizes, aspect ratios, and specifications for placements such as display, paid social, Google ad formats.
- Prepare static and animated assets for platforms including Google Display, Google Discovery, Meta, and others.
- Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines, creative direction, and technical platform requirements.
- Maintain detailed file organization, version control, and naming conventions across production workflows.
- Optimize assets for file size, clarity, and performance without compromising design quality.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to support campaign rollout and asset readiness.
- Stay current with digital advertising specifications, platform requirements, and best practices.
- 4+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role in an agency or in‑house marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma is required;
- Experience producing assets for digital advertising, display campaigns, and paid media environments.
- Strong understanding of digital specifications, export settings, optimization, and platform compliance.
- Experience with print or OOH is a plus.
- Excellent attention to typographic accuracy, alignment, spacing, and visual consistency.
- Working knowledge of motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Animate, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple versions and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
This is a contract position based in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for remote work. As we continue to grow the work we support, there may be opportunities for extended or expanded engagement over time.
