Missions

Under the authority of the head of the communication office of the Service de santé des armées, within a team of three:
Participate in all communication projects aimed at informing and promoting the missions and expertise of the Service de santé des armées: internal and external communication, events, and social media (X, Linked In, Facebook, Instagram). Participate in weekly editorial committees and contribute to the reflection on communication plans, tone, and message angles. Realize the design and graphics of various communication materials, respecting the schedules and visual identity of the Service de santé des armées.

Provide technical advice within the communication office (choice of materials, formats, packaging, types of paper, etc.). Create graphic/info graphic content, propose iconographic choices in the context of various communication actions (360° communication), in collaboration with other team members, particularly the editorial manager. Supervise, design, and produce: magazine Actu Santé (two issues/year; digital version on Calameo), newsletter "Actu santé en bref" (monthly), short videos ("1 minute to understand", "live my life").

Manage the phototheque of the Service de santé des armées (classification, archiving, access requests, etc.). Ensure the graphic production of communication kits and materials.

Education:

Bachelor's degree +4/5 in design and graphic creation school or equivalent.

Skills:

Mastery of DTP software and video editing tools; right to image and typographies; photography and videography techniques. Abilities:
Human relations, adaptability, initiative, ability to estimate workload and plan, autonomy, sense of initiative, rigor and method, innovation/creativity, listening, reactivity, and reporting. Remote work possible.

Work schedule:

08h45-17h30 (16h30 on Friday); possibility of remote work up to 2 days per week according to practical modalities to be defined with N+1.
• Training offers throughout the professional career.

Work under tight deadlines (closing of Actu Santé magazine, events); travel within the national territory (photo and video reports).
