• Creative content implementation:
  You develop fresh ideas for editorial formats and creatively implement them in video shoots with our coaches and experts as well as in our live online events.
• Livestream & technology:
  Depending on the format, you take over the livestream operation (including OBS Studio) including image and sound mixing or operate the camera in our shoots and live online events.
• Shoot organization & implementation:
  You prepare shoots independently, conduct them confidently and coordinate colleagues and external service providers with organizational talent and clear communication.
• Post-production & editing:
  You edit your own filmed material independently in Premiere Pro and complete it with After Effects and Photoshop to a convincing final result.
• Practice before and behind the camera:
  You bring your experience from video production into play — whether before or behind the camera — and actively contribute to the quality of our moving image formats.

• Creativity:
  You are full of new ideas in the creative implementation of editorial topics and have a lot of fun putting them into practice - whether in video shoots with our coaches and experts or at one of our live online events. You have a good sense of which ideas are ideal for our coaching and development environment and are implementable.
• Technical understanding:
  You have already gained first experiences in livestream operation (including OBS Studio) and bring a good technical understanding in the area of image and sound mixing.
• Structured work:
  You always keep a cool head when preparing shoots independently and conducting them. In the process, you convince in the cooperation with colleagues and the coordination of service providers through communication strength and organizational talent.
• Tools & programs:
  You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud and master especially Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop. Cutting your own filmed material makes you happy.
• Know-how:
  Ideally, you have a completed training as a media designer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and can already look back on experience in video production behind or with the camera.
