Sourcebooks seeks a Production Manager of eBooks & Backlist to drive high-quality digital and print title production in a fast-paced publishing environment. You will lead a team of Production Specialists, manage workflows, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of files from prep to final delivery.
You'll collaborate with Editorial, Design, Marketing, and vendors, tackle complex file issues, and refine processes for speed and quality. Occasional travel to Naperville, IL, may be required.
