Remote Editorial & Brand Storytelling Intern

Location

Fully Remote (U.S. preferred, ET availability)

Tuesdays & Thursdays (with flexibility when needed)

Up to 16 hours per week

9 week internship

• Lead writing for Passport & Co.’s Linked In newsletters
• Write 2–3 long‑form newsletter articles each week
• Help expand and strengthen Passport & Co.’s brand voice through thoughtful storytelling
• Research topics related to remote work, work flexibility, digital nomads, entrepreneurship, wellness, and the future of work
• Conduct occasional interviews with professionals, founders, creators, and community members for featured stories
• Transform ideas, conversations, and interviews into engaging newsletter articles that feel authentic and human
• Collaborate with Shanice on newsletter themes, editorial direction, and storytelling opportunities
• Edit and refine articles before publication to ensure consistency and quality
• Meet editorial deadlines while managing your workload independently in a remote environment

• Currently studying (or recently completed studies in) Journalism, English, Communications, Creative Writing, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with and/or curiosity about brand storytelling and how brands build meaningful connections through writing
• Comfortable writing in a conversational, podcast‑style voice that feels authentic, engaging, and human
• Strong research skills and natural curiosity
• Self‑starter who enjoys working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Someone proactive who can own their day‑to‑day responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines
• Interest in the future of work, remote work, entrepreneurship, community, and modern careers
• Passion for thoughtful storytelling that sparks conversation and builds community

You’ll work closely with me to help expand Passport & Co.’s editorial voice while gaining hands‑on experience in editorial writing, brand storytelling, interviewing, and content strategy within a flexible, freedom‑first startup environment.
