The Content Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging short‑form video assets that support marketing initiatives and audience growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Editing high‑quality short‑form video ads for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Transforming scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into polished and engaging video content.
- Creating and integrating captions, motion graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
- Sourcing and incorporating stock footage, AI‑generated assets, and other creative materials when needed.
- Adapting videos for different platforms, formats, and advertising requirements, including Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and You Tube Shorts.
- Collaborating with copywriters, marketers, designers, and other creative team members throughout the content production process.
- Staying current with video editing trends, viral formats, audience behaviors, and emerging creative techniques.
- Managing multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining strong quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Applying creative judgment to improve storytelling, pacing, visual appeal, and overall content performance.
The ideal candidate is a creative video professional with strong editing expertise, a passion for digital storytelling, and the ability to produce content that performs well in a fast‑moving environment. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging work.
- Experience creating short‑form video content, advertisements, or social media‑focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut, or similar software.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern SaaS‑style animations, 3D animation, or Morioka‑style design is a strong advantage.
- Experience using AI‑powered creative tools is a plus.
