Job Overview

This is an unpaid internship for a Senior UI/UX Designer  role is remote‑only and requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week. The internship is suitable for completed Master’s graduates who wish to work as a Senior UI/UX Designer and who can commit to stay with the company for a minimum of six months.

• Conceptual thinking & design thinking: create innovative solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Interactive motion graphics & animation: design and implement micro‑interactions and engaging motion graphics to enhance the user experience.
• UI/UX design & prototyping: design visually appealing and functional interfaces; develop clickable prototypes in Figma; conduct user research and testing to iterate on designs.
• Collaboration & communication: work closely with cross‑functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) and present concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Innovation & creativity: stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies; push the boundaries of UI/UX design with new approaches.

• Education:
  
  MFA in User Experience Design or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  4+ years of professional UI/UX design or a related field.
• Technical skills: expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping; experience with animations, micro‑interactions, and interactive prototypes; strong design thinking and conceptual thinking; keen attention to detail.
• Design portfolio: an impressive portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including motion graphics, animations, and prototypes.
• Remote work: must be able to work remotely and dedicate at least 30 hours per week.
• Commitment: must be able to stay at the company for at least six months.
