About The Opportunity
The Senior Designer leads branding projects at Otherlife and delivers a wide range of design mandates in a multidisciplinary environment. Working under the guidance of Design Directors and the Creative Director, the role ensures the highest quality of creative work for Otherlife’s top‑tier clients.

Key Responsibilities , Skills & Experience

A passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.

Lead brand projects starting with research, competitor analysis, and identifying whitespace opportunities.

Define and develop innovative, compelling, and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.

Establish design systems and style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography, and videography.

Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client‑facing reviews; experience presenting work and interfacing with clients.

Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion.

Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, and presentations.

Adopt a user‑centric design approach, considering accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.

Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, and GSAP.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills; confident in communicating ideas clearly to Design Directors, Creative Directors, and clients.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Bonus:
Design and animate 2D & 3D objects, characters, props, and environments in variety of project styles.
