Senior Designer – Starbucks – Carson City, USA – Salary: $24/Hour.

• Develop and execute innovative concepts and assets across omnichannel campaigns (packaging, advertising, social media, animation, digital design, in-store stories).
• Lead creative ideation, concept development, and design deliverables in alignment with brand standards.
• Build engaging displays and visual communication that connect brand objectives with consumer experience.
• Provide creative consultation to external agencies and direct production (film, photography, audio, production design).
• Integrate feedback to refine creative outputs and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay informed of current cultural trends, translate insights into design strategy.
• Advocate data‑driven creative insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally within Studio and with partner teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Manage multiple large‑scale projects, set realistic timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Communicate and present work effectively to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in a design studio or in‑house creative team.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects), Mac OS, and Figma.
• Experience concepting integrated advertising, packaging, and signage.
• Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of creative work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Time‑management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
