Position: Full-Time Videographer (Content Agency | Startup)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time videographer to produce high-performing short-form content for founders, creators, coaches and businesses across Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who loves being on the ground, enjoys creating content, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll spend most of your time filming, but we’re also looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build Hubble’s production team and production systems as we scale.

Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into leading a production team.

Job Responsibilities

Film short-form content for founders, creators, coaches, and businesses across various industries
Providing post shoot briefs for editors
Execute a variety of indoor and outdoor shoots, including talking heads, lifestyle content, podcasts, office shoots, events, educational content and brand campaigns.
Understand and match the pacing, framing, and style of high-performing short-form content
Work closely with the creative and strategy team to bring scripts and content directions to life
Assist in planning shoot flow, framing, lighting, audio, and content coverage during production days
Capture behind-the-scenes footage and supplementary B‑roll where needed
Organise footage according to internal workflows, while helping improve and refine production SOPs as the team scales
Ensure content is filmed cleanly and efficiently for editors to process
Adapt filming style based on different creator personalities and brand positioning
Travel for shoots when required across Singapore and Malaysia
Maintain and care for filming equipment during shoots and production days
Communicate proactively when facing production issues, delays, or unclear direction
Continuously improve Hubble’s production workflows and SOPs as the company grows.
Over time, support the onboarding and development of future production team members as Hubble grows.

Requirements

Strong understanding of short‑form content and social media pacing
Comfortable filming with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and mobile setups
Good framing instincts and understanding of visually engaging shots
Able to work in fast-moving environments and adapt during shoots
Reliable, punctual, and organized with shoot preparation and file management
Comfortable working closely with founders, creators, and clients
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and improve creatively over time
Ability to take feedback professionally and iterate quickly
Prior videography and basic photography experience is preferred
Experience in creator, agency, or social media environments is a plus
