Apply Now Skillset Graphic  Design In Design Typography Adobe  Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Figma Branding ---### Your Day in the Role As a graphic designer on the creative team at Desiring God, you’ll help shape the visual voice of our ministry. From brand identity and visual concepting to digital layouts, print collateral, and marketing assets, you’ll bring clarity, beauty, and consistency to a wide range of design projects.

You’ll take projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with others on the creative team (graphic designers, video specialists) as well as writers, social media specialists, and marketers.### Who You Are

* Strong creative problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
* A trained (or finely tuned) eye for typography, color, and composition.
* The ability to offer and receive critique with humility and clarity.
* Competence with design systems and visual consistency, including grids and layout hierarchies.
* Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Figma experience is a bonus.)
* A compelling portfolio that demonstrates:  + Range and versatility in style and output.  + Visual cleverness and craftsmanship.  + Examples of branding, logo design, layout, and print work.### Your future team
* You’d join the Creative team, which includes the creative director, a graphic designer, and video specialists.
* You’d collaborate across departments to design beautiful, compelling visuals for the website, social media, emails, and print pieces.
* You’d play a key role in our “ministry of beautiful,” which seeks to lift up and celebrate biblical truth. We are persuaded that beautiful things become real windows into spiritual things.### Requirements for the role
* Ability to adhere to our affirmation of faith.
* Able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
* Desiring God is a hybrid workplace located in Minneapolis, MN, however we are prioritizing talent over location for this role.
* This position is eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, life, LTD, and 401k match. Salary range for this position is $70k – $85k, commensurate with experience.
