This is a contract, hybrid Videographer role based in bali. The HQ office is located in Ungasan.

the role includes a mix of on-site filming on site or across the island depending on the brief and some work-from-home for editing and post-production. Around 2 days will be spent in office/onsite.

The Videographer will work with the marketing team to plan and shoot video content.

Daily tasks include:

• coordinating with marketing and management to define video concepts, s tory boards & briefs.
• collaborating with team for art direction or creative marketing concepts.
• setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment - organising if more equiptment is needed.
• capturing high-quality footage of food, cocktails, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• campaigns - this could be from beaches, farms or various locations off island - travel included.
• The role also involves editing video, adding basic motion graphics or titles, optimizing content for social media and other digital channels,
• organizing media assets for future use.
• The Videographer is expected to manage timelines, deliver polished content on schedule, and ensure all visuals align with each brand style and standards.

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, managing footage, and delivering edited content.
• Edgey arty style.
• Must have own camera & lenses to start.
• Must have own laptop to start.
• Lighting, back drops, gimbals, tripods can be provided by company.
• Ability to edit video using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and prepare content for social media and web.
• Reliable time management, ability to work independently, and comfort collaborating with a hospitality and marketing team.
• Previous experience creating content for restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, or food and beverage brands is an advantage.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant videography and editing work is required.
