The Events Intern will assist the Events department with a wide range of projects related to day-to-day event operations and planning. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical: the intern will gain professional experience in communications, marketing, analytics, outreach, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist full‑time staff with day‑to‑day operations and event planning.
- Provide on‑site support during events.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces.
- Support the evaluation of event success and suggest improvements for future events.
- Maintain event documentation and ensure all records are updated and organized.
- Provide creative ideas and suggestions for enhancing event experiences.
- Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses.
- Help review proposed venues for future events.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Internship Eligibility- Eligible candidates must be based in Qatar and possess valid documents (e.g., QID) for the entire duration of the internship.

- Office attendance is mandatory (not open to remote work).
