Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time Corporate Video role based in the Livermore CA, Stockton, San Francisco with hybrid work flexibility, allowing some remote work. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and producing corporate video content that aligns with organizational goals and values. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing creative video concepts, shooting and editing footage, collaborating with various teams for cohesive messaging, and handling distribution across multiple platforms.
The individual will also be responsible for ensuring all video content adheres to branding guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- MUST OWN & OPERATE Film and Production Equipment
- Strong Analytical Skills and a foundation in Finance to budget and plan video production effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for storytelling, scriptwriting, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer Service experience and the ability to understand audience needs and preferences for video content that enhances viewer experience.
- Experience in Training and team collaboration to lead video production processes and support team development.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of production equipment and techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate video production or similar creative roles is an advantage.
- Oversee every phase of production from pre‑production through post‑production.
- Write scripts, scout locations, create storyboards, and plan shoot logistics.
- Direct, film, and operate lighting, video, and sound equipment for all GLOM productions.
- Handle all post‑production processes including editing, audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics design, and final delivery of polished content optimized for various platforms.
- Produce short form video content such as commercials, short documentary snippets, educational reels, informational posts, and motion graphic videos.
- Develop long form video content including short documentaries highlighting GLOM success stories and impact.
- Design educational graphics, carousel posts, and other static marketing visuals.
- Capture staff photos, client success photos, and apply graphics for use across social media and other marketing materials.
- Manage, post, and schedule all content across GLOM's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with campaign goals and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with GLOM's messaging, maintains brand consistency, and engages our audience through creative visuals, captions, and stories.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments or inquiries when appropriate, and track performance analytics to continually improve reach and impact.
- Plan, build, and manage ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, design ad creatives, and write compelling copy.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions while managing budgets and performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing and report on metrics such as impressions, click‑through rates, and conversions.
