Assistant Creative Director

Moore Creatives is looking for a part-time Associate Creative / Video Editor to become a right-hand creative partner in the business. This role is a mix of video production, editing, creative support, and shoot assistance. You’ll help tag-team shoots, capture social content, assist on production days, organize footage, and edit videos when we’re not filming. The goal is to find someone hungry, reliable, teachable, and excited to grow into a versatile creative role.

This is a hybrid position. Shoots will be in person, primarily around Orange County / Southern California, and work will be from home when not shooting.

Details:

• Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week
• $20/hour (room to grow very quickly)
• Hybrid work: in-person shoots + work from home editing

Responsibilities:

• Assist on shoots as a second shooter / production assistant
• Shooting various events/ business content.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and client content
• Help organize footage, assets, and project files
• Support content planning and creative execution
• Assist with day-to-day creative needs across the business

Ideal Candidate:

• Creative, reliable, and teachable
• Strong editing skills or a desire to improve quickly
• Comfortable with video production and social media content
• Organized and able to manage remote work well
• Good attitude, no ego, willing to jump in wherever needed
• Has reliable transportation for shoots
• Has a dependable work-from-home editing setup
