Senior Product Designer – 100% remote Worldwide (CET Timezone) at Bitfinex

As a Product Designer, you will be part of a small, high-impact design team shaping the Bitfinex product experience across web and mobile platforms. You will have a high level of ownership and be expected to move quickly, think independently, and contribute directly to product direction.

This includes:

• Product Thinking – Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define problems, explore solutions, and drive clear, user‑focused outcomes.
• End‑to‑End Design – Own the full design process from discovery and flows through to high‑fidelity UI and developer handoff, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across all touchpoints.
• User Experience Design – Design intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and make advanced trading tools accessible to a wide range of users.
• Design Systems – Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
• Collaboration – Work in an agile environment alongside engineers and product teams to iterate quickly and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within fintech, trading, or data‑heavy platforms. Strong product thinking and the ability to solve problems, not just design screens.

Highly proficient in Figma, with experience working within and evolving design systems. Comfortable operating in a small team with high ownership and minimal hand‑holding. Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions. A sharp eye for detail, interaction design, and usability.

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Highly autonomous work ethic, proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve the product and design processes. Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete information, exercising sound judgment to determine when to make assumptions and when to engage stakeholders for clarification.

• Experience with trading platforms, financial products, or data visualization.
• Degree or qualification in Design, UX/UI, HCI, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory depending on experience).
