Pro Media, a dynamic and fast-paced Direct Response advertising agency based in Miami, FL, is seeking an experienced Video & Visual Production
Specialist to join our Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-career production professional with strong video editing, studio production, and post-production experience who is looking to make an impact within a collaborative, high-performing team.

As a Video & Visual Production Specialist, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality commercials, promotional videos, and digital content for broadcast, streaming, and social media platforms. This role combines hands-on production with post-production and requires someone equally comfortable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and working in a professional studio environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Video Production Specialist, you'll help produce engaging content from concept through final delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create polished video and visual advertising asserts for commercials, promotional content, broadcast/cable placement, social media platforms, and related campaign needs.
  • Shoot and support professional green screen studio productions on-site, including camera, lighting, audio, and talent setup.
  • Produce polished, platform-ready deliverables for broadcast television, streaming, digital, and social media.
  • Create and adapt graphics, titles, and motion graphics as part of the editing process.
  • Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to enhance production workflows and visual content.
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and production assets.
  • Perform detailed quality control to ensure technical accuracy and production excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account teams to deliver exceptional work for our clients.

This is an in-office position supporting Pro Media's production studios in North Miami (33181) and Fort Lauderdale (33304).

The role may initially begin remotely during onboarding before transitioning to an in-office schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working between both studio locations as production needs require.

Experience
  • Experienced Production Professional:
    You bring several years of professional experience in video production, editing, and studio environments.
  • Technical Expertise:
    You are highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and other professional post-production tools.
  • Studio

    Experience:

    You have hands-on experience shooting on green screen, working on soundstages, and operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Creative Problem Solver:
    You combine strong technical skills with creative thinking to produce compelling visual content.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    You take pride in producing polished, technically accurate work and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Team Player:
    You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively, and work well under deadlines.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional video production and post-production experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Professional experience shooting in green screen studio environments.
  • Experience with studio lighting, camera operation, audio recording, and sound stage production.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, media management, and file organization.
  • Experience producing content for broadcast television, streaming, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in television production or local broadcast is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
