World Strides is building a focused in-house UX/UI design capability. You will own the look, feel, and design execution of high-impact screens and contribute to a scalable design system for the pre-trip experience.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the VoC team to validate usability, iterate rapidly, and ensure on-brand, accessible experiences across pods. This founding role blends strategy and hands-on design across web and mobile.
