• Nail the Technical Specs:
  Oversee the final production and delivery of all motion assets, ensuring everything meets platform-specific specs while maintaining high creative standards.

• Keep Things Tight:
  Follow and maintain Tactical’s file management, composition organization, and Adobe Suite layering systems.

• 6 Years in the Game:
  At least six years of professional motion graphics experience, backed by deep, expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Full Adobe Mastery:
  High proficiency across After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Killer Portfolio: A strong reel/portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and deep conceptual thinking.
• 3D & Character Animation (Big Bonus):
  Experience with character animation and familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a massive plus.
• Cool Under Pressure:
  Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight, quick-turnaround deadlines.
• Solid Communication:
