Norman Love Confections is a Fort Myers based luxury chocolate company known worldwide for its artistry,hand-painted bonbons, small-batch craftsmanship, and edible works of art that have earned national acclaim. Our story lives in beautiful, tactile places: the kitchens and production floor where confections are made by hand, and our Chocolate Salons, where guests experience our desserts firsthand. We're looking for a visual storyteller who can capture that craft and make people crave it through a screen.

We're hiring a Content Creator & Videographer to be the eye behind our brand. Your core focus is producing beautiful, mouth-watering content — video and photography — centered on our chocolate, our food-manufacturing process, and our in-store salon experience. You'll shoot on-site several days a week, then edit and manage our social channels from home. This is a craft-first role: we care most about your ability to create genuinely great content.

Social media management can be secondary or self-taught on the job — if you have the visual talent, we'll help you grow the rest.

• Shoot high-quality video and photography of our chocolates, desserts, and confections — capturing color, texture, and detail that makes people stop scrolling
• Document the food-manufacturing process on our production floor, turning craftsmanship and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling stories
• Capture the in-store experience across our Chocolate Salons, products, ambiance, seasonal collections, and guests enjoying our desserts
• Edit footage and photos into polished, platform-ready content: short-form video (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts), highlight pieces, and photography for web and marketing
• Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects the premium, artful feel of the brand
• Manage your own shot lists, lighting, and basic on-set setup; keep footage and assets organized

• Schedule and publish content across our social channels
• Write simple, on-brand captions and help plan a content calendar
• Engage with our community and keep an eye on what's performing
• Stay current on trends, formats, and audio so our content feels fresh

• Demonstrated skill in videography, photography, and editing — this is what matters most
• A portfolio, reel, or samples showing your eye for visual storytelling (personal projects, freelance, or school work all count)
• Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Cap Cut, Lightroom, or similar)
• Comfort shooting in real environments — kitchens, production areas, and retail spaces
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, and pacing
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Fort Myers a few days per week
• Self-motivation and organization for the remote editing/social days

• Food, product, or lifestyle content experience
• Familiarity with social platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Motion graphics, color grading, or drone experience

No influencer-management experience needed — that's not what this role is about. We're looking for a strong content creator first.

This is a hybrid role based in Fort Myers, FL. You'll spend roughly three days a week on-site — in our production facility and Chocolate Salons — capturing content, and about two days a week working from home editing and managing social media. Candidates must live within driving distance of Fort Myers.

You’ll be creating content for a genuinely beautiful product, with near-endless visual material: painted chocolate, a working confections kitchen, and elegant retail spaces. Your work will be seen and will directly shape how the world experiences one of Fort Myers’ most celebrated brands.
