The Lead Event Planner is a full-time role based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role oversees the end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings and events, including initial client consultations, concept development, and timeline creation. The Lead Event Planner will guide clients through decision-making, provide regular updates, and resolve issues promptly to protect the event vision and client experience.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, including experience coordinating multiple events and managing complex logistics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including client relationship building, proposal support, and contribution to business growth.
- Previous experience in luxury or high-touch event environments is highly beneficial, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure are required.
- Proficiency with event management software, productivity tools, and basic office applications is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events, and reliable transportation to venues in and around Dallas, TX
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
