My Secret Hacks Pte. Ltd. produces social media videos, variety-style programmes, news-related content and marketing productions for online platforms and TV.

We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to screen — developing the format, planning the production, coordinating the team and making sure the final video is entertaining and engaging.

Our content reaches audiences of over 250k across platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok.

What We Do:

Produce variety shows and entertainment content
Create short-form and long-form social media videos
Produce news-related clips and programmes for digital platforms and TV
Develop branded content and marketing videos for clients
Create social content for our own media channels

Key Responsibilities:

Develop concepts and formats for variety shows and video content
Research interesting topics, guests, trends and story angles
Create episode structures, scripts, interview questions and production plans
Coordinate talents, guests, crew and filming requirements
Prepare production schedules and ensure shoots run smoothly
Manage projects from pre-production through post-production
Review video edits and provide clear feedback to editors
Ensure the final programme is engaging, accurate and aligned with the intended creative direction
Coordinate with clients or partners when working on commissioned productions
Manage production timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Able to identify what makes a video interesting rather than simply technically correct
Highly organised and able to manage many moving parts
Proactive and calm when production problems occur
