Job SummaryKeen Logic is seeking a creative and experienced Video/Multimedia Producer/Editor to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Verification Division (VER). This position will provide multimedia capture, production, and post-production support for USCIS communications, outreach, and promotional initiatives. The Video/Multimedia Producer/Editor will design, develop, produce, edit, and deliver engaging multimedia content across video, audio, photography, graphics, and animation, including system demonstrations, program explainers, promotional videos, and content for digital and social media channels.

This is a primarily remote position supporting USCIS Headquarters, 5900 Capital Gateway Drive, Camp Springs, MD 20588. Contractor personnel may work remotely; however, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) may request in-person meetings or engagements as needed.

Required Qualifications- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for government clearances.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, producing, and distributing multimedia content using a variety of media, including video, audio, photography, and graphics
- Design, develop, produce, edit, and distribute multimedia content.
- Produce system demonstration, program explainer, and promotional videos.
- Develop and support scripts, storyboards, shot lists, art, and illustration files.
- Capture and edit video, audio, photography, screen recordings, and other visual imagery.
- Incorporate appropriate b-roll, graphics, motion graphics, and animation into multimedia products.
- Produce rough cuts and final video and animation products.
- Repurpose full-length video products into shorter content suitable for social media and promotional use.
- Deliver final products in appropriate formats, including MP4 and MOV.
- Ensure multimedia products adhere to applicable USCIS style, design, accessibility, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with writers, graphic designers, communications specialists, and other project personnel throughout production.
