We build and scale mobile app brands used by millions of people worldwide, including Earn Star, Top Surveys, Prime Opinion, and more. We're looking for Graphic Designer to create unique visual identities, custom illustrations, mascots, icons, onboarding experiences, and other creative assets that bring our products to life.

• Create ASO designs, social media posts, paid ads, mascots, and other engaging assets for our advertising campaigns.
• Design custom icons, illustrations, visual systems, and creative assets for web and marketing campaigns.
• Help build, evolve, and maintain the visual identity of our brands across multiple networks.
• Adapt visual styles, illustrations, and branding for different markets, audiences, and localization needs.
• Work with motion designers, video editors, and other creative team members to deliver high-quality visual assets.
• Contribute to maintaining a consistent design language and illustration style across all products.

• Experience creating modern vector illustrations, iconography, and visual assets for digital products, mobile apps, websites, and marketing materials.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  , Figma
  , and other professional design tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing illustrations and design assets for animation is a strong plus.
• Experience collaborating closely with motion designers and product designers is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, branding, UI graphics, and digital product design.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

• Async-first culture with some overlap with Central European Time (CET) preferred.

We are not considering freelancers or consultants managing multiple projects. This is a full-time position.
