Senior Product Designer

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team and help shape the future of AI companionship.

You'll work across multiple product surfaces, including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth experiences, interactive features, and emerging product areas still being defined.

You'll work closely with our Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore new opportunities, and help define the next generation of consumer AI experiences.

We're looking for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to contribute original ideas that raise the bar.

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery

• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences

• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives

• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale

• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth surfaces

• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts

• Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief

• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration

• Push ideas further through experimentation and thoughtful challenge

• Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling

• Experiment with new workflows that improve speed and output quality

• Operate comfortably close to engineering constraints and implementation realities

• Use emerging tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and execution

• Use AI image/video generation tools as part of the design process

• Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently

• Defend ideas thoughtfully

• Push back when needed

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products

• Excellent product thinking and interaction design

• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools

• Strong prototyping skills — able to choose the right approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the question being tested

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• High design taste and strong visual judgment

• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• High ownership and strong decision-making ability

Comfortable working with NSFW product experiences

• Experience working on AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products

• Experience across creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation

• Experience designing monetization / subscription products

• Experience designing for NSFW / adult user experiences

• Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience

• Strong consumer product case studies

• Clear evidence of product thinking
