About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced  Video Editors  with expertise in  video editing, animation, visual effects, post-production, audio editing, and digital storytelling  to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your creative and technical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated media content while helping shape the performance of next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. Your video production expertise, storytelling skills, and post-production experience are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Professionals with backgrounds in  educational content, animation, visual effects, digital media production, and AI-assisted creative workflows  are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine  video content, animations, and visual effects outputs  used for AI training and evaluation.

• Assess AI-generated media for  quality, accuracy, storytelling effectiveness, and alignment with project objectives .

• Organize, label, and maintain structured  project files, media assets, and production workflows  to support dataset creation and collaboration.

• Develop  evaluation rubrics, quality frameworks, and benchmark datasets  for video, animation, and educational content.

• Apply expertise in  visual storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and post-production  to improve AI-generated outputs.

• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to support iterative AI model development.

• Identify content gaps, edge cases, and opportunities to improve visual quality and narrative consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to maintain production and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in  video editing, post-production, and digital media production .

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,  or similar platforms.

• Experience creating or editing  animations, motion graphics, and visual effects .

• Strong understanding of  visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement .

• Experience with  audio editing, media asset management, and post-production workflows .

• Bachelor's degree in any field and significant professional experience in video production or visual media.

• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating  educational content, instructional media, or training videos .

• Background in  robotics media, AI training data creation, or content evaluation projects .

• Knowledge of media quality standards, content review processes, and evaluation frameworks.

• Experience developing rubrics, benchmarks, or quality assurance processes for digital content.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools and emerging media technologies.

• Strong awareness of trends in  video production, animation, visual effects, and digital storytelling .

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and implementing stakeholder feedback.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $30–$80/hour.
