We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help shape the user experience of our web applications, transforming complex financial planning concepts into elegant, user-friendly digital solutions.
We are building a design practice where modern AI tools are part of the everyday workflow.
You will use AI to move fast, generating concepts, exploring variations, and producing polished outputs quickly so the team can iterate and ship faster. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our platform is as intuitive as it is powerful.
What You'll Do- AI-Accelerated Design:
Use AI design and prototyping tools to rapidly produce wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity outputs, turning ideas into reviewable designs in a fraction of the usual time. - Speed Up Internal Workflows:
Identify where AI can streamline our design and handoff processes, helping the whole team work faster and more consistently. - UI/UX Design:
Support the design lifecycle of our web applications, from initial wireframes and low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes. - Figma Systems:
Maintain and contribute to our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across all platform components and modules. - User-Centric Solutions:
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs and design workflows that simplify complex financial data. - Developer Handoff:
Prepare clean, well-organized Figma files for engineering handoff and work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. - Iteration:
Participate in design reviews, take constructive feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the overall user experience.
Fintech experience is a plus).

- Figma Proficiency:
High proficiency in Figma, including experience with auto-layout, components, and prototyping. - Design Fundamentals: A strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems specifically for web environments.
- Communication:
Ability to articulate your design decisions and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. - Adaptability: A proactive learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment and eager to adopt new tools as they emerge.
- Experience integrating AI into a real design workflow (rapid prototyping, design-to-code, content generation, or process automation).
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards for web apps.
- Familiarity with financial planning or wealth management tools.
