Role Description  This is a part-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Video Editor and Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content for digital platforms, including social media and internal training materials. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, adding effects and transitions, designing graphics and layouts, and ensuring consistent branding across visual content.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and training teams to conceptualize campaigns, develop storyboards, and produce engaging visual assets. The individual will also manage file organization, adhere to timelines, and ensure that all content aligns with Orane’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong video production skills, including video editing, motion graphics, and basic sound editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Candidates should possess graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools for creating social media creatives, infographics, and marketing materials.
Candidates should possess visual storytelling and content creation skills, including the ability to develop concepts, storyboards, and designs that support brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Candidates should possess digital media and marketing awareness, including understanding of social media formats, audience engagement, and adapting content for multiple platforms.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Design, Film, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in education, beauty, or wellness sectors is an advantage.
