Are you passionate about sports, project co-ordination and workflow optimization? Do you have a track record of publishing digital sports content? Are you an exceptional communicator who thrives on planning and refining production processes? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a Project Co-ordinator within our Digital Sports division, you will oversee the scheduling of sports webcasts o. In this role, you will gather, compile and format information on Radio-Canada TV programming to ensure seamless digital distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule sports webcasts on ICI TOU.TV.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the digital control room, the ICI TOU.TV team and the Digital Media team regarding sports webcasts.
  • Collect and submit required technical information and operational request forms to the digital control room.
  • Publish sports webcasts online using our internal content management system (Scoop).
  • Select and curate visual assets for webcast publishing.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for sports webcasts.
  • Ensure quality control for all sports webcasts on ICI TOU.TV.
  • Co-ordinate production resources for sports webcasts (producers, video switchers, technical producers, etc.).
  • Supervise operations for digital editors assigned to live sports webcasts.
  • Partner closely with the digital control room team to prepare for upcoming webcasts.
  • Collaborate with the ICI TOU.TV and Sponsored Project Co-ordinator and the Editorial and Social Media Project Co-ordinator.
  • Work closely with production assistants to gather source feeds for upcoming webcasts.
  • Manage ad insertions during live webcasts.
  • Monitor live webcasts across the entire broadcast schedule.

This is a hybrid role blending in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.

Your profile:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in new digital tools and technical production workflows.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end process from TV production to online publishing.
  • Solid writing skills and excellent command of written French.
  • A natural instinct for digital formatting, copywriting and platform best practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
  • Independent, proactive mindset.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.

    Ability to analyze user behaviour and propose effective content visibility strategies.
  • Ability to track emerging digital and tech trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and be available on call.
  • Strong understanding of CBC/Radio-Canada’s strategic direction and corporate vision.
