Videographer & Multimedia Designer - Learning & Development

Position Type:

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (Based on first 90 days).

Compensation Range:

$34 - $38 hourly, DOE;
May be eligible for bonus.

Location:

Remote (Southern California-based) with frequent travel to our Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and occasional travel to other company locations nationwide.

About the Role:

The Videographer & Multimedia Designer is a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional responsible for producing high-quality video content that brings our organization's story, culture, and learning initiatives to life. This role combines videography, video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, and visual storytelling to create engaging educational and promotional content that supports employee development, operational excellence, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in all phases of video production and post-production and has a strong eye for design, branding, and visual communication. They are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with stakeholders across departments, and translating complex ideas into compelling visual experiences.

This is a primarily remote position for candidates based in California. Regular travel is required to our Service Center in San Juan Capistrano for filming, content capture, meetings, and collaboration. Additional travel to company locations throughout the United States may be required based on business needs. This role is part of a fully remote Learning & Development team and regularly collaborates with team members and subject matter experts across the country.

The ideal candidate is comfortable building relationships, managing projects, and communicating effectively in a highly collaborative remote work environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for training, communications, recruiting, and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production delivery.
  • Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, teleprompters, and filming environments to ensure professional-quality productions.
  • Conduct interviews, direct on-camera talent, and capture engaging footage that supports organizational storytelling and learning objectives.
  • Create and edit educational video content that supports employee development, training programs, and operational initiatives.
  • Design visual assets including newsletters, logos, infographics, presentation graphics, branded templates, and other promotional materials.
