Graphic Designer

Our marketing team is responsible for bringing ideas and success stories to life through compelling visual communication. We're looking for a Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support our marketing initiatives. If you enjoy creating crisp, professional designs and want to work on content meant for business leaders and CXOs, we'd love to hear from you.

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, website banners, and campaign assets.
• Create whitepapers, documents, posters, standees, emailers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop visuals that communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Support branding, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations when required.
• Work with the design and marketing team to enhance the visual story telling of the brand across touch points.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Ability to create clean, clutter-free, professional designs.
• Ability to understand business content and convert it into effective communication pieces that resonate with the end consumer.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to explore and learn new techniques/ideas.

• 1-3 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Design certification from a well-regarded design school (e.g., L.S Raheja / Sir J.J School of Arts /NID) is a bonus.
