Sway Creative Labs is seeking a systems-minded Designer who can scale concepts into reusable templates and AI-enhanced workflows. This is hands-on, high-volume work at a small independent shop, with ownership of how campaigns look and are built, and occasional in-person collaboration near Norfolk, VA.
You’ll own the visual direction across digital, social, display, and print, build Figma systems, and push for scalable templates.
