Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and developers to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about user-centered design, enjoys solving usability challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where ideas quickly turn into real products.

Key Responsibilities

Design clean, modern, and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Apply UX principles and design thinking methodologies to improve usability and overall user experience.
Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and component libraries.
Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and continuously improve designs based on user and business needs.
Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, logos, and branding materials using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
Research industry trends, competitor products, and user behavior to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the team.

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance creativity with problem-solving and business goals.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX or product design work is preferred.
