Decisiv is seeking a remote, U.S.
-based 1099 Contractor for a combined role in content strategy and technical writing focused on the SRM platform. You will audit brand voice, develop standards, and produce help center articles, microcopy, and in-app guidance across Zendesk, Figma, and Pendo.
Collaborating with product, design, and engineering, you’ll ensure content aligns with releases while maintaining autonomy over delivery methods, tooling, and milestones.
