- Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.
- Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.
- Have a minimum of of professional video editing experience.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
- Possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
- Have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
- Have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading and motion graphics basics.
