Position: Full-Time Remote UX/UI Designer Needed
Take on the full-time remote UX/UI Designer position at 360training, where your skills will shape our marketing and design efforts. You'll create impactful graphics and enhance user interface design.

360training is looking for an experienced designer to join our Marketing team, working in a hybrid capacity to develop digital assets and improve our user experience. Your work will include creating unique layouts, prototypes, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop versatile marketing designs, from social graphics to web banners

• Craft user-centered designs, including mockups and interactive prototypes

• Help maintain a cohesive design system and style guidelines

• Ensure design accuracy through quality reviews and optimizations

• Work with teams to refine design concepts based on feedback

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of design experience in relevant fields

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work

• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with front-end development basics

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative setting
