Position:
Character Modeler

The Character Modeler conceptualizes and creates complex 3D models, adhering to the artistic, creative, and technical standards of our productions. Responsibilities include using modeling software to develop models, guiding the rigging team, and translating 2D concepts into detailed 3D assets.

What You'll Be Doing

Create high-quality 3D models meeting artistic and technical standards.

Develop clean topology suitable for rigging and animation, ensuring optimal deformation and performance.

Handle modeling tasks including organic and hard-surface modeling, and translate 2D concepts into 3D models.

Interpret feedback from leads, supervisors, and directors to refine models.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Character Modeler in high-quality television animation.
Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Blender, and rendering software.
Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills.
Willingness to learn new software and technologies relevant to animation and digital production.

Pay Range: CAD $1300 - $1500 per week. Final salary will consider education, experience, skills, location, and business needs.
