Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a high-agency Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, impactful digital experiences that clients and users love. This person is versatile, systems-minded, and thrives in a high-velocity environment—iterating fast while upholding pixel-perfect quality and user-centered rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for client projects: discovery workshops, user research, information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and design systems.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable design solutions for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Build interactive prototypes (Figma) to validate concepts with users and stakeholders; bonus for Framer, Webflow, or micro-interactions via Lottie/GSAP.
• Partner with engineering to ensure feasible, performant implementation and iterate post-launch based on data and feedback.
• Present design rationale to clients with confidence, backed by research, metrics, and storytelling.
• Create and maintain reusable component libraries and design tokens that scale across products and brands.

• Experience
  :
  Proven experience in product design, ideally in a creative agency or startup environment. A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, mobile and/or web, is required.
