Senior Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their fully remote, forward-thinking creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including marketing videos, explainer animations, social media content, and internal communications. This role is perfect for an artist who excels at storytelling through animation and has a deep understanding of visual design principles.

You will work collaboratively with internal teams to bring ideas to life, all within a supportive remote environment that encourages innovation and professional development.

• Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics and animations that align with brand identity and project objectives.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize concepts before full production.
• Produce high-quality animated videos, GIFs, and interactive elements for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with video editors, art directors, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics.
• Manage project timelines, assets, and deliverables effectively in a remote work setting.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into workflow.

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation, visual effects, and design.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D animation software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, visual storytelling, and graphic design.
• Experience with video editing and sound design is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, essential for a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
